Delivery Window in Canada & to the US

First our BBB are crafted by hand in our studio in Canada one at a time. We make to order unless your bag is in stock.

We do our best to deliver within 3 weeks of receiving your order.  If we anticipate a longer delivery we will notify you promptly.

When we ship a tracking number is emailed to you the day of shipping.  Transit is usually 4 to 10 business days pending customs clearance if in the U.S.  

Shipping is FREE in Canada & to the US via Canada Post

Orders are shipped by Expedited Parcel via Canada Post, including insurance and any duties if applicable. Rush shipments are extra.

If the value of your order is over $200 US, US customs can request your Tax ID number.  Not providing this number may delay the delivery of your order. 

Shipping International from Canada via Canada Post is EXTRA

International orders are shipped by Intl' Express Post by Canada Post to most major cites around the world. Duties and Taxes are extra and the responsibility of the buyer.
